This full home renovation and addition transformed a 1925 East Sacramento bungalow that originally held two bedrooms, two baths, and a loft with a challenging layout. Our goal was to create a seamless expansion that felt as though it had always belonged, honoring the home’s character while dramatically improving flow. We added over 1,000 square feet, including a new primary suite, laundry room, great room, and an expanded kitchen. The design blends Mid‑Century warmth with Craftsman detailing, creating a cohesive, elevated home that earned NARI’s Remodel of the Year.
