Pre‑Construction for both additions and ADUs typically takes 3–6 months as we finalize design, engineering, selections, and permitting. Smaller additions can often be built in around 3 months, though this varies based on how much of the existing structure is being modified. ADUs generally take 4–6 months to build, with more complex or detached units extending that timeline. Careful planning upfront ensures a smoother, more predictable construction phase.
