About Us

Isaac Mendoza’s passion for building started early, working alongside his uncle wiring custom homes and learning the trades from the ground up. In 2018, he built his first spec home, which led to managing multiple residential projects throughout Central California. While continuing to work in construction, Isaac earned his BA in Economics from Sacramento State and went on to manage large-scale subdivisions for a local home builder — ranging from entry-level neighborhoods to multi-million-dollar homes.

More recently, Isaac has overseen the renovation of more than 200 investment properties for a national real estate firm focused on restoring and revitalizing communities. Today, he brings that depth of experience to every IMC Builders project, with a strong commitment to trust, craftsmanship, and creating homes that reflect each client’s vision — not just on paper, but in how they live every day.
